Hull Heritage betrayed - listed building is rejected | Hull Daily Mail

Hull has been let down. Firstly, if Heritage England reject a listing they should make a strong case for its retention on the grounds of local diversity. Secondly, the people of Hull will be better served by a range of buildings both new and old. Braves Hall is a positive feature in the town.

This one I did because the London Archaeologist had an article by Barbora Brederova about an excavation in the Fields, and it gave information not clearly listed on Wikipedia. How London is Divided Up

The LDA - London Development Agency divides London up as follows: I have no idea who made these decisions but clearly some are not so obvious. For example, Southwark is in the Central Region but the City is in the Eastern Region given that all the bridges across the Thames in Southwark join up with the City this seems crazy!
