Listed Building Review - Abolition of Grade 2*?

Apparently English Heritage are proposing to change the listing system. It is rumoured that Grade 2* is to be abolished and it is thought all grade 2* will be pushed up to Grade 1, but this is not certain. This will probably be a good thing for the Old Operating Theatre Museum, which is currently in a Grade 2* building but, because of its uniqueness should be Grade 1.

I quite often revise wikipedia pages if I feel I have a moment. This one I did because the London Archaeologist had an article by Barbora Brederova about an excavation in the Fields, and it gave information not clearly listed on Wikipedia. How London is Divided Up

The LDA - London Development Agency divides London up as follows: I have no idea who made these decisions but clearly some are not so obvious. For example, Southwark is in the Central Region but the City is in the Eastern Region given that all the bridges across the Thames in Southwark join up with the City this seems crazy!
