Dear all,

The Old Operating Theatre Museum is now hosting regular talks on
weekends.

Speed Surgery - A live demonstration of surgery before anaesthesia

Every Saturday at 2.00pm- And you can take the amputed leg away with
you if you want!

Herbs & the Herb Garret- A talk on the history of the museum and the
use of herbs in medicine

Every Sunday at 2.00 pm- And you can try some of the remedies at
home...the mother-in- law will be impressed!

I quite often revise wikipedia pages if I feel I have a moment. This one I did because the London Archaeologist had an article by Barbora Brederova about an excavation in the Fields, and it gave information not clearly listed on Wikipedia. How London is Divided Up

The LDA - London Development Agency divides London up as follows: I have no idea who made these decisions but clearly some are not so obvious. For example, Southwark is in the Central Region but the City is in the Eastern Region given that all the bridges across the Thames in Southwark join up with the City this seems crazy!
