Cocoon | Natural History Museum

I visited the Cocoon, Darwin Centre at the Natual History Museum - strangely unsigned posted at the Museum. Its the museum store and offices for the collection of insects etc. Quite an interesting building and workspace - no one was working in the offices and laboratories you can look into as it happens, but it was good to see a display about the research Curators do - although to my mind the displays are a little lack lustre.

This one I did because the London Archaeologist had an article by Barbora Brederova about an excavation in the Fields, and it gave information not clearly listed on Wikipedia. How London is Divided Up

The LDA - London Development Agency divides London up as follows: I have no idea who made these decisions but clearly some are not so obvious. For example, Southwark is in the Central Region but the City is in the Eastern Region given that all the bridges across the Thames in Southwark join up with the City this seems crazy!
